Enriched with Bayonne ham and piment d'Espelette, this dish offers a sweet and spicy note with characteristic southwestern nuances.

In our preparation, the flavours of white tuna and Bayonne ham come together harmoniously, supported by the delicate spiciness of the piment d'Espelette and the fruitiness of the extra virgin olive oil.

The name Émietté (from "miette", French for crumb) refers to a method of preparation in which the fish fillets are gently pulled apart and then mixed with the sauce. This results in a wonderfully fresh, juicy composition in which all the flavors come into their own.

La Belle-Iloise is perhaps the best-known and most colorful canned fish and soup factory in the world! With classic recipes and creative compositions of sardines, tuna and mackerel, the family business has won a permanent place in the hearts and on the plates of many gourmets.
Founded in 1932 by Georges Hilliet near the Breton port of Quiberon, the company is now in its third generation. All products are the result of careful manual work, even if a total of 800 employees work in the factory during the sardine high season.

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.

With which shipping service provider do you ship?

We currently only work with UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

How long does it take until I receive my order?

That depends on where you are. Orders to Germany take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
