At Nemrod, we strive to prepare mild and creamy game terrines so that everyone can easily (re)discover game.
Forget about minced meat, the overly strong taste of game and grandma's braised dishes and enjoy the simple pleasure of our terrines all year round!
The animals are collected within a maximum radius of 50 km from the workshop in Alsace. To go all the way, we have also selected Alsatian white wines to enhance this wild meat.
