Incidentally, whether honey is liquid or solid (crystallized) mainly depends on the ratio of the two simple sugars fructose and glucose to each other, but also on how the honey is processed and stored. With us you get both types, but above all an exquisite selection of partially rare types, such as lavender or the particularly aromatic chestnut honey.
