Cal Valls ist ein Familienunternehmen, das sich seit 1978 der Herstellung und Verarbeitung von biologischen Gemüsesäften und Konserven widmet. Es befindet sich in einem Dorf in der Provinz Lleida, Vilanova de Bellpuig (Katalonien-Spanien).

Die Denk- und Lebensweise von Manuel Valls i Sanfeliu, der seit seiner Jugend Naturist ist, bildete die ideologische Grundlage für die Entwicklung des Unternehmens, das fast seit seinen Anfängen den ökologischen Landbau kennt und praktiziert.

Der erfolglose Versuch, frisches Bio-Obst und -Gemüse zu vermarkten, als der Markt für diese Produkte fast nicht existierte (Anfang der 1980er Jahre), lenkte die Bestimmung des Produkts auf die Herstellung von Konserven um. Dies war möglich, weil die Konserven traditionell für den Eigenverbrauch in der Familie hergestellt worden waren.

Diese Neuausrichtung hatte zur Folge, dass die Einrichtungen für die Herstellung der Konserven angepasst werden mussten, und zwar bis zum heutigen Tag, wobei der Geist eines handwerklichen Produkts mit großem Respekt für die Umwelt bewahrt wurde.

Alle organischen Abfälle des Unternehmens werden zur Kompostierung und anschließenden Düngung der Betriebe verwendet.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Deliveries to Germany with UPS, DPD, Hermes or DHL.

We calculate the shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods):

  • Goods value up to €80.00 = €8.95 with DHL, €6.95 with DPD, Hermes or UPS
  • For orders over €80.00 (after deduction of all discounts) we offer free shipping.

Shipping of heavy orders

For orders with a total weight of more than 10 kg, we reserve the right to ship exclusively via the shipping service providers DPD or UPS. This measure serves to ensure a reliable and efficient shipping process for heavier shipments.

We ask for your understanding for this regulation, which enables us to ensure smooth shipping even for larger order quantities.

Deliveries to Austria and Denmark

We calculate the shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods):

  • Goods value up to 149.99 € = 15.00 € (UPS)
  • For orders over 150.00 € (after deduction of all discounts) we offer free shipping.
Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5 to 7 working days.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.

We currently only work with UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

That depends on where you are. Orders to Germany take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

After your shipment has left our warehouse and has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automatic e-mail overnight with tracking information.
