This finely pureed fish soup is considered the best in Brittany and tastes incredibly aromatic and authentic! It is concentrated and must be diluted before consumption.

The soup is 100% natural and free from artificial additives, contains 40% fish (pureed) and real saffron, tomato paste, vegetables, spices and garlic.

Preparation: Pour the contents of the can into a saucepan and fill 1/4 of the can with mineral water, add it and heat gently. The fish soup is particularly delicious if you add a sprig of rosemary while heating, add the rouille sauce and serve it with croutons and grated cheese.
The soup is also an excellent base for sauces or casseroles.

Ingredients: water,fish stock(40%), tomato concentrate, salt, vegetable stock, oil, potato starch, white wine, spices (pepper, thyme, rosemary, parsley, bay leaf, fennel, cayenne pepper, saffron), natural extracts (onion and garlic).

The Conserverie Artisanale "La Quiberonnaise" was founded in 1921 and is still family-owned today. It is one of the last traditional preserveries in France. Methods and recipes are still used here, some of which date back to the 1920s, and all fish are always freshly prepared. La Quiberonnaise makes many vintage sardines in small batches and collaborates with local artists for the can design.

Deliveries to Germany with UPS, DPD, Hermes or DHL.

  • Goods value up to €80.00 = €8.95 with DHL, €6.95 with DPD, Hermes or UPS
  • For orders over €80.00 (after deduction of all discounts) we offer free shipping.

Shipping of heavy orders

For orders with a total weight of more than 10 kg, we reserve the right to ship exclusively via the shipping service providers DPD or UPS. This measure serves to ensure a reliable and efficient shipping process for heavier shipments.

We ask for your understanding for this regulation, which enables us to ensure smooth shipping even for larger order quantities.

Deliveries to Austria and Denmark

We calculate the shipping costs based on the order value (gross value of goods):

  • Goods value up to 149.99 € = 15.00 € (UPS)
  • For orders over 150.00 € (after deduction of all discounts) we offer free shipping.
Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 5 to 7 working days.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Where do you ship to?

Delivery is currently only in Germany and Austria.

We currently only work with UPS or DHL. You will be asked to select a delivery method during the ordering process.

That depends on where you are. Orders to Germany take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

After your shipment has left our warehouse and has been scanned by the carrier, you will receive an automatic e-mail overnight with tracking information.
