La fête de la Raclette - cheesy soul food for cool days

It is well known that cheese has the ability to catapult us into higher spheres … but if it is melted, we melt too. That's why we would like to remind you of raclette in November, the rustic dish made from melted alpine cheese that warms body and soul on a cold autumn day. So we pull out our traditional raclette grill – which has nothing to do with small pans – and as part of our tasting we want to inspire you to have a cheesy good time at home, with family and/or friends! The right wine accompaniment is of course available anyway... Come by, we look forward to seeing you!
