The new seminars: the program from October to February
Those who can't do, teach! This is a famous quote from Woody Allen that has been the subject of much controversy. We would also like to contradict the master and simply turn the quote around: those who can, teach!
Following this motto, we pass on our knowledge about wine, cheese, sardines etc. in our monthly seminars. What is certain, however, is that it is not like at school: we invite you to get to know the different tastes and possible combinations of certain products in small groups, to taste them, to discover them and to experience them. At the end you will take away some background knowledge, but above all you will have experienced an enjoyable evening. By the way, all our seminars are also ideal as gifts!

We are often asked which wine we can recommend as a universal cheese accompaniment. Our answer: "When in doubt, champagne!" The fact that acidity and perlage harmonize extremely well with the milk fat and sweetness of cheese is something we can taste together using four very different champagnes. In addition, classic and new cheeses from our cheese counter.

€50 for 7 different sardines including aperitif, wine, bread and butter
On the way from water to oil: accompany us with the sardine on its way from the sea to the can, learn everything about the essential processing steps that make the difference. And above all: taste sardines from different manufacturers, vintages, sizes and preparations. A selection of suitable wines is of course also on the tasting table.
The seminars take place at Emser Straße 42 in 10719 Berlin-Wilmersdorf.
