Family Affair: a Côtes du Rhône tasting from Domaine Lefebvre-d'Anselme

Louis Lefebvre and Béatrice d'Anselme, winegrowers from the Rhône, come to visit and serve a selection of their wines. Her son Marin, himself an aspiring winemaker and currently part of Maître Philippe & Filles, provides active support. In addition to the red wines “Carpe Diem” and “Trilogie”, which are already known from our range, there are also various white and rosé wines on the tasting table.

A tasting dedicated to wine and family traditions - that can only be good!

At Lefebvre-d'Anselme, respect for the land and the wine is paramount. For this reason, the use of pesticides is largely avoided. The grass and weeds between the vineyards are removed once a year by goats and sheep, who at the same time nourish the soil with natural fertilizer. The harvest is mostly manual. If necessary, a first selection can take place during the harvest.

For the two passionate winemakers, "wine is a very noble product that is full of life. A product of nature and the result of the work of people who never control nature, but rather cooperate with the soil, climate and vines. The winemaker creates the Don't wine - he processes what nature gives him and turns it into wine.”
